"My husband and I are very satisfied with our shower remodel and experience with West Shore Home. The design consultant, Ben Fleming, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable when doing the presentation. Many options of plans and payment were discussed. There was no pressure. Our installers, Dylan, T.J., Erik, and Paul were awesomely professional. They arrived on time, consulted with us regarding what/how/when the installation would be done. Dylan consulted with us often concerning the process. He was very professional and cordial. Covid precautions were in place. All measures were taken to respect/protect areas of our home. Work was done from the time they entered our home until that minute it was finished. The area was spotlessly swept and cleaned. Before Dylan left, he went over necessary information regarding care of new showers install and other details. Dylan informed us that our 36+ yrs old bathtub/shower design presented a few challenges but was dealt with properly and efficiently. We highly recommend West Shore Home business. They are such a professional business. Dylan and team completed the work in ONE day as advertised! As stated before, we are very pleased with the work and transformation in our bathroom."
