Mike, the owner of the company, explained all the procedures for repairing the floor. We would highly recommend them. The job took longer than expected but they did not charge us an additional fee. We plan to use them in the future when we replace our guest room carpet with laminate flooring. Betty and Bob"

The carpeting is a great quality (and environmentally 'green'), they not only worked around the tight schedule I was presented with, but they finished early, giving me some room to breathe.
