"I had a great experience with this team. They were very professional, courteous, and conscientious while working in my home. The plan for remodeling was established and if challenges arose a solution was presented taking budgeting into account. The team was always on time and finished the job in a reasonable time frame. Invoicing/billing was provided and was clear and concise. Communication with the contractor was never an issue. He made himself available anytime if I had questions. I am completely elated with the remodeling results and family/guests to my home are quite impressed."

"(Work was done on 2 separate condos. The first was extensive shower remodel along w sink updates. The second condo was an extensive complete remodel) I have worked with many contractors from remodels to complete custom home builds - Top Home Construction has been one of my very favorites bc of their ability and willingness to stay working on the job (not continually putting me on the back burner), and their level of communication. We were doing the remodel from out-of-state and Alex was very communicative (calls, pics, vids), as well as recognizing reasonable problems and presenting well reasoned solutions. They were very creative in bathroom remodel and made it better than my previous plans. I would absolutely hire them again, and I'll use them when I need them in the future. I've already recommended them to our realtor."

"Highly recommend Carpenter Construction! Family run business, Ron and his son Jake are terrific to work with. And their regular team (for us it was JP and Courtney along w Jake and Ron) are Outstanding!! We had two bathrooms completely remodeled this Spring....and because of the unforeseen shut down, they did this without us being around as we d planned. They are so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Their workmanship is excellent! There were no surprises w the cost or the timing. They used FaceTime to call us and show us work in progress. And the end result on both bathrooms (plus painting of adjoining bedrooms) was superb! So much so that we immediately hired them back to do our master bath next month! (I ll try to attach photos)."

"Exceptionally well. We were concerned that sanding the textured paint off the walls would create a huge dust mess to clean up however the sander was attached to a large vacuum and the dust issue was 95% mitigated and easily wiped away. Physical install of the pocket door, framing went well and door looks and works perfectly giving privacy to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and 2nd bath without the original swing door intrusion. Highly recommend Penar Improvements, Also be prepared to discuss the project and requirements with Mr. Penar, he knows his business and will gladly share constructive suggestions on how to complete the job with the best final result."

"Creative Contracting LLC were a godsend to us. Being from out of town and during a pandemic we put all our trust in Bill Dixon and team. We were overwhelmingly pleased as each project was completed with perfection, as we had a limited ability to be at the job site. Bill, Gary and James created a beautiful tray ceiling in our bedroom, closed off the dining room by adding French doors, extended living room walls into a vaulted ceiling and added a gorgeous glass feature, stone faced a fireplace up to the vaulted ceiling, and tiled the entire house with a wood look floor tile. Mr. Dixon stayed in constant communication and offered many design ideas. The craftsmanship of Creative Contracting LLC is impeccable. The whole team held a high regard for our home project, this was evidenced by the immaculate condition the job site was maintained in. Can't wait to start the kitchen remodel with them!"
