If you are reading this review, you must be thinking of using Bathkingz. Before deciding to utilize their services, read on and decide if this is the type of experience you want. I am leaving personal opinion and speculation out of this review, and just stating the facts. First, I give this company a one star, but it does not apply to the quality of work. After 19 days since the demo of our old shower started, we still do not have a working shower, so I can not comment on quality of work. Here are the facts of our situation and you can decide if you really want to use this company or not. In February, we agreed to let Bathkingz provide us with a new shower. We had a new construction house, and were told quite a few times by them 2-3 days after material arrived to complete the job. We also told them we wanted to move into house in mid April, and they assured us there would be ample time to get the material in and get shower completed before we moved in. In Early April we contacted them to see how things were progressing and we were assured around April 9th our material would arrive. On April 10th, a team came out and started demo on our old shower. It looked like everything would be done in time for us to hire a painter and move in around mid April as planned. On April 14th, the crew came out and started the installation of new shower, this continued on the 15th. The crew only works a few hours a day and the speed in which they moved did not leave us a lot of hope that the shower would be completed before April 16th as we had a painter scheduled on 16th and we were scheduled to move in on 18th with a moving company. So we decided to ask one of the crew members how long it would take as we were told 2-3 days. They told us never 2-3 days, and maybe by end of week. So we ended up postponing the Painter and we were able to get the moving company to agree to move us on Monday April 21st thinking at least the shower would be done. On the 17th the crew only worked for a few hours, and on April 18th one person came out to install the shower head. That was last work that has been done on our shower. Since we moved in on the 21st and it was Easter, we decided to wait till Tuesday the 22nd to contact Bathkingz to see what was going on. We were informed that there was some material that was damaged in transit, and that the manufacturer was expediting shipping of the material and it should arrive by end of week. That was the first we heard of that. So we patiently waited until end of week, hoping we would hear something, and of course we did not, so on Monday, April 28, we reached out once again to Bathkingz and was told the parts department verified the material was delivered in, but that needed to be verified. So the owner does not trust his own parts department, but somehow expects everyone to trust him. It is now Tuesday morning April 29th. It has been 19 days we have been living without a shower. In addition, they have left material and the shower doors in my garage, and we can not put a car in the garage because of this.We still have no idea if and when our shower will be completed, and only get vague communications with no follow up as to when the shower will be completed. I decided to try this method to see if we can get a more definitive answer as to when our shower will be completed. Randy, I see you read and respond to reviews, so you stated your crew needed 1 more full day to complete the shower. I am planning on updating this review everyday with what has happened the previous 24 hours, and if you want to show your company is better than a 1 star company, just respond to this review with when our shower will be completed by

I could not be more pleased with the job done by Bath Kingz. They transformed two 1960's bathrooms into a modern work of art. They also remodeled the kitchen. Randy and Angel had a lot of suggestions. I would highly recommend Bath KIngz and already have to several neighbors who came by. They are very responsive to our needs and wants. They always kept us updated on the status of the project. Great job!!

Proceed with CAUTION! Overall satisfied with the final project (shower Install). However, getting to the completion was a nightmare. If you contract with Bath Kingz, please carefully review the contract. Bath Kingz charges 3% for credit card processing (Red Flag). However, using a credit card is your best defense if you encounter problems with the company. I contracted with Bath Kings on May 22, 2023, for a Shower installation and demolition of wood paneling, total price $15,000.00. I was told the materials will be ordered and should take a few months. Paid the 30% down payment, $4500.00. I received an installation date of September 5, 2023. Upon arrival, the contractors immediately asked for 60% of the contract fees ($9000.00, paid by check) before starting any work (Red Flag). Before paying, please inspect the materials and ensure the colors and all other supplies ordered are correct. This is where my nightmare began. I requested a color change on May 25, 2023, that was accepted and processed by Ashley (Administrative Officer). The company shipped the wrong materials, and the contractors started the installation. I stopped installation and informed them it was the wrong color. Upon calling the company, Ashley did not process the color change request. In additional she asked for an additional $2000 for extra work the contractors did for demolition. I was shocked and surprised at this request for additional money, without any explanation. To summarize my ordeal, extremely poor customer service from all involved, from the sales representative (Brock, excellent salesperson, when presented with a problem, no follow-up); Ashley, need customer service training, and owner (Randy) should remember the motto “the customer is always right”. The contractors did a decent job with the materials provided, but the wrong materials. In addition, conflict between the owner and contractors meant that, as the customer, I was caught in the middle for additional money. Poor execution of services and extensive delays in schedules, not to mention inconvenience. Accusatory accusations, threats of placing a lien on my home, etc. In addition, lack of effective communication from the owner. We had an email war. I had to produce a chronology of events from when the contractor arrived to when they departed, and activities started/completed before Randy (owner) started to realize I was providing correct information of the situation. I was without the use of a bathroom from Friday, September 8th until October 26, 2023, and Bath Kingz wanted their final 10% (1500.00) which I refused to pay due to the inconvenience and unprofessional treatment as a consumer. We value your understanding and would appreciate a response regarding this matter. However, the pending full payment places us in a difficult situation. Should we not reach an amicable resolution, regrettably, placing a lien on the home might be our only recourse to pursue the outstanding payment. Beware of this company. The material they sell is beautiful but the installed product is not good. The initial installer was horrible and everything he touched had to be re-done which ended up taking several weeks. Once we thought we were finally completed and used the shower for a couple weeks discovered the drain was never connected so all that water was leaking and now that area has black mold. Surprise, surprise they now will not return our phone calls regarding the mold remediation that needs done. Very unethical business man and office assistant.

Randy and his team sold us a bathroom renovation. Took half of our money as a down payment and then passed the job off to his partner who bounced checks and walked off job. Shoddy work. Seemed like good people until it came time to do the work.

Brock came soon after we contacted him. He brought everything he needed to show us how beautiful our shower could be. He really knew his product. After we agreed and signed the contract his company sent out Beach Bum Plumbing to take measurements and double check everything with us. Supplies were ordered. A few short weeks later the plumbing company arrived and got to work. Although there was a hiccup or two every thing was finished wonderfully. We are quite satisfied.

***BEWARE**** The registered agent of this company was also the registered agent of One Day Bath of SC LLC. I signed an agreement with One Day Bath and paid a deposit of $6,300 in February of 2022. They never completed any of the work and months later shutdown the LLC, and now has this new LLC Bath Kingz. They did not show up to the court hearing and I have not received a return of my deposit. I would not do business with this company.

The worst work ever performed. Broken walls that I had to fix, no caulking under counters, took 3 weeks not 1 or 2 days. Used my things and broke them. 75 year old China knocked down and broke. Do NOTsign with this company!
