"Advantaclean was exceptionally professional throughout this complex and involved project. Took nearly three weeks. Seems like a long time? Well: removed all existing underhouse insulation (damaged by 30 years of moisture), scrubbed every inch of exposed wood to remove build-up of mold, installed French drains to channel water from serious rains to sumps, installed new sump pump w/ battery backup, sealed all crawlspace vents, applied thick Mylar moisture barrier, installed dehumidifier to control humidity in space to prevent regrowth of mold and damage to wood substructure. Throughout, the crew chief, Alisa, kept me apprised of progress, of changes to plans, of problems solved. Her crew worked ceaselessly. The results were phenomenal!! "This company reached out to me within hours of my requesting a quote. They answered all of my questions prior to me agreeing to the service. They were extremely clear about how the warrantees would work, as well as any type of follow up maintenance and price. I appreciated that. They reached my residence 15 minutes early so there was no issue with timeliness with regard to the appointment time we had both established. "Mr. Valdivia responded to my wife's query promptly, then followed up with me to get a better description of the work needing to be done. Water pipe leading into the group of sprinkler valves was broken very close to the group of valves (manifold). In addition, the manifold was built in such a way that there was no way to repair the inflow pipe cutting out the entire manifold. Several other lawn people either declined, or would come and look, then not call back. One provider tried to repair the inflow pipe without taking out the entire manifold and gave up. Mr. Valdivia reviewed some photos, quoted what seemed to be a fair price, then came the next day to repair the system. Once he had removed the old manifold, he rebuilt the system with sufficient room to repair any single valve without having to remove the entire system. Once that was repaired, he tested the entire system identifying 1 sprinkler head that needed to be replace, which he took care of. He repaired 2 others. Finally, he also identified a significant leak caused by a broken pipe caused when a new fence was put in one year ago, but not recognized because of the dysfunctional irrigation system. With the system finally fully functional, he filled in all of the holes, cleaned up, etc. He worked from 8 am until nearly 4 pm without complaint and without taking a break. He did an excellent job. I would rehire him to do another irrigation project without hesitation. Photos attached show the old manifold, irreparable except as a whole due to compact spacing of the valves (which admittedly has some advantages), new system, and area repaired under fence post.
