"We had repairs needing done under the bathrooms and the bathrooms remodeled. I was unable to find a contrator that could do both. Until I found Canelli Construction. They were able to demo the bathrooms, make the repairs and install all new bathrooms. They did so very efficiently and the quailty of work is great. Gianfranco worked with us on what we wanted in the bathrooms and made sure that all the work was done well. He has a great eye for the details. Communication was great with Jenny always following up and keeping us informed in advance of what to expect. I have more work to do in the near future and have talked to Gianfranco about it!"

"The original proposed budget Eric Gutt, Beacon Builders presented undercut competitors, but it ultimately led to hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost overruns. Eric Gutt promised?and we paid for?an on?site Project Manager, yet none was ever provided. My wife and I were forced to step into that role ourselves, working tireless hours to ensure our home was built to an acceptable standard despite the builder?s subpar workmanship and materials. On multiple occasions, the builder relied on us to source materials and subcontractors. When issues arose?such as takeoff and quote errors, deviations from plans and specifications, and poor workmanship?Eric Gutt consistently sided with his subcontractors and suppliers rather than addressing the problems. We conducted our one?year warranty inspection and agreed on a punch list, but six months later the builder has still not completed the work. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this builder at all cost."
