Earlier this year we had Sam's Siding cover one side of our house with vinyl siding, due to some rotten masonite planks that needed immediate attention. We knew that eventually the rest of the house would need to be done. This time we did the front. Although we had already used them and Ishmael had given us a quote months earlier, he came out at our request and patiently answered all our questions and reviewed the scope before we signed. We signed the contract on Saturday, they were done within a few days. It is a complicated structure, with many angles, windows, corner pieces, etc. They placed insulation over the masonite, then covered it all in vinyl. It is beautiful. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Sam's Siding is wonderful! They replaced 60 year old windows and refinished hardwood floors to their original luster. We have worked with them before and they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect for their clients. In this case, we were working on a rental home for our church and needed to keep the cost low but still provide quality to our renters. They successful met all our expectations and we would definitely use them again.

The project was done with minimal impact to us while the work was ongoing, the end product has been fantastic! The tile work was very difficult in the bathroom as it was natural stone tile with irregular surfaces and harder to cut, the plumbing and HVAC was very challenging in an old house, but they made it all work perfectly! We couldn't be happier with the work from Sandro and his team - the work quality is fantastic, the guys are very friendly and helpful even with things that weren't part of the big gig (I had a bunch of old door knobs replaced on doors, cables hidden, etc.), but most importantly you can just trust everyone on the team.

THE INSTALLATION WENT GREAT AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOK GREAT AND MATCHED THE REST OF HOUSE.

We were impressed with Sandro's presentation and high standards of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. He stood out among all those we interviewed. We researched this process and his company thoroughly, even visiting at least five homes he had worked on and speaking the owners, as well as calling a number of others. Everyone was exceptionally satisfied. Sandro allowed us to split the front and back of the house in order to make it more affordable to us, the back will be done in late Spring. The only problem was that they did not show up on the day they said they would. We had a deadline of that Friday for a corporate event at our home which they had ensured they would meet. The next day it was a very late start. After explaining the situation again, I found that Sandro and his foreman Ishmael were willing to do whatever it took to meet the deadline they committed to and make us happy. This negative turned into the greatest positive to display their work standards. They worked so hard, carefully and cleanly, even making more work for themselves by putting all refuse and siding debris into the backyard so the house would look as good as possible for the event. They worked as if it was their own corporate event. We had rain that week which meant their time was constrained even further, to their disappointment. I can't praise them enough for how hard they worked to make up for lost time and not at the expense of quality. They had a painter come out and cover the non-vinyl areas around the door, painted the front door for nothing and did numerous small touches to make it all look fabulous. The job was not finished until the following week, but priority was given to the things that would be noticed by our guests. It ended up looking clean and complete for the event. Sandro saw things on the first walk through that we would not have known were less than perfect. All walk through items were corrected. One spot on our gutter remains compressed a little bit by the ladder and the yard was a muddy mess afterwards due to the rain, but that was a result of how hard they were working in less than ideal weather conditions. The house looks great, the match in color between remaining Masonite and the new vinyl siding is undetectable, for a perfect blend. Furthermore, they worked quietly and respectfully, with no inappropriate demeanor, language or behavior. Even as we were quite concerned at the beginning, they reacted calmly and made amends for the indifference of missing the first day (due to one person's attitude, not the company) several times over. We've had our share of lousy, incompetent and dishonest contractors. Sandro is the guy who makes you wish every contractor and team of workers was like him. Feel free to come take a look at our home and ask us more. We hope Sandro's company thrives.

Their pricing is awesome. The quality of work is fantastic. They did a lot of different things for us.

We tackled this job with much trepidation. The masonite siding we had in the rear and on the sides of the house was old, had been repaired multiple times, much of it replaced and it still looked awful. Our home, closing in on the half-century mark, is in an upscale neighborhood, and I debated and researched wood, cement board, and vinyl. I knew what look I wanted, and while money is always important, what I wanted most was work that would be in keeping with the integrity of our home and neighborhood. We met with several contractors, but Sandro from Sam's Siding stood out. He was endlessly patient. He was pleasant and not pushy. He made valid suggestions, but didn't try to force any one product. I emailed him several times after our initial meeting with questions. Then I went and looked at work his company had done. Not just one job, but several. His quote was reasonable. After meeting with him, and reading his company's reviews and then checking out his work, we were sold on Sam's Siding. They did a wonderful job. My home has never looked better. I chose a vinyl shake close to the color of my home, but still not an exact match, so I wanted to have the entire home painted at the same time, along with a tool shed, pergola, and pool house. I was so happy to find Sam also offers painting. I am so picky when it comes to painting. The prep work is everything, and Sam's Siding does their prep work. I was thrilled to see them carefully caulking and taping. They were so careful on the windows and trim. This paint job is the best one my old house has ever had. Sam's Siding started on time and stayed on the job until finished. The workers were very pleasant. Sometimes, I get a little nervous with workers around the house, but these men were very nice. Sam or his brother checked on the job continuously. When I had questions or concerns, they were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. I could not be more pleased, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

It went very well. Our old windows were original to the house, 60+ years old. Sam's people had all of the new windows in place the first day, and by day two it was done - windows firmly in their frames, caulked, and trim repaired/repainted where necessary as the old and new windows were slightly different. I even have plantation shutters inside that had to be adjusted significantly to work with the new windows, which Sam's Siding took care of painlessly. I have zero complaints, the same as with all of the other work Sam's Siding has done for me.

It went GREAT. Sam's Siding has a great team, led by Sandro, but excellent all the way through. The initial estimating phase was done well, letting us see the various options (vinyl, hardi, types of hardi, etc.), pricing was timely and excellent, and references checked out great. When the work started, there was great communication beforehand about how the job would go, when things would arrive, etc., and it was all right on track. When the siding was removed, we uncovered a total lack of OSB and insulation in all of my exterior walls, and Sam's Siding (on Halloween) stopped, brought new OSB and insulation and got the section of the house they had opened up insulations, sheathed, and wrapped before leaving; the whole team stayed well into the dark on a holiday (a Friday no less) to make sure I wasn't left with a house that was sealed. This was typical of the rest of the work; the job site was always clean, the whole team was very friendly and skilled, and the house is totally transformed by the new siding (and roof and gutters and windows and other things Sam's Siding has done for us!). You will never work with a better contractor than Sam's Siding; cost, quality, and service level are just outstanding.

The entire project was done within 2 months. The work was beautiful and really enhanced our home. We love it and wouldn't change a thing. Sandro and his team were trustworthy, respectful and pleasant to have around. We actually enjoyed getting the know them and the craftsmanship was very high quality.

After planning on tearing down the house for years, and then realizing we should just do a light remodel and move instead, we finally got to repairing our roof. Sam's Siding and about 10 other contractors quoted on our roof replacement, several of which were insanely high, and some were right in the same ballpark. Sandro was incredibly timely during the estimate phases and afterwards, and has been incredibly good about the wide variety of estimates we needed (base shingles, architectural, what if you do gutters at the same time, etc., etc.). The workers were done in 2 days, on time and on schedule with what was promised. The work place was left clean and tidy, the workers were friendly. They swept the outside with magnetic brooms to pick up loose nails and such, and generally I just couldn't have been happier. I had quotes from GC's for $15k for the SAME work, other roofing places on Angie's List that were very good but didn't pay much attention to us and still were 50% more than Sam's. I'm very happy with the work performed, which is most important, but these days the savings are fantastic too!

I cannot say enough for this company and its owners. After they did a great job re-siding our house last fall, I hired them to handle the bathroom remodeling. They worked very hard and very fast to get this pretty big job done and all the workers were very professional and very friendly. The tiling job has some tricky spots with the stone molding, but the workmanship was really A+ and exceeded our expectations. They are also incredibly easy people to deal with. Their number 1 concern is keeping the client happy and you can get them on the phone whenever you need them. The owner was on the job site every day checking in and making sure everyone was on the same page. My wife and I had a couple very minor issues with a couple things at the end and they brought the whole crew over and worked until we were 100% satisfied. As a side note, my wife and I were out of town and our house was broken into. The bad guys ripped apart the back door frame to kick in the back door. Obviously this was a problem since if it was not fixed that day, it would very easy for them to come back and have easy access. So I called up Sam's Siding and explained the situation, that we needed it fixed as soon as possible. They had a carpenter over within 2 hours to fix it and my mother in law was able to secure the house as a result. So lastly, their prices are also the best I've found. I got multiple quotes for the bathroom and the siding job and theirs was always the best. If they encounter a situation like wood rot that needs additional work, that work is completed at cost.

The company was committed to customer service, they show integrity and pride through their actions and ethics. I was very pleased.

From the beginning Sandro assisted with photos and samples of materials for the deck. The work began on time and was finished in a timely manner although we had some delays due to weather. The under framing of the deck was built very sturdy as though you could build a house on it. We used treated wood for the decking boards and composite railing. Be sure to have a look at the samples of the composite railing as the railing made a very beautiful deck that would have otherwise been ordinary looking with wood railing.

Sandro provided a detailed estimate and was honest, transparent, and very straightforward with us. There were no high-pressure sales tactics (unlike some other top-rated List contractors we immediately ruled out) and he was always available to answer all of our questions before, during, and after the work. One of the reasons we chose Sandro was we felt that if any issues came up during or after the work (luckily we didn't really have any, but they almost always do), we would be able to count on him to resolve them. Once the work began it went very smoothly. Sandro or his brother would be on-site daily to make sure the job was progressing well. I noticed a couple of minor flaws one day, but they were caught and corrected before I even got a chance to mention them. Now that's attention to detail. We are very satisfied and happy with the job and would not hesitate to use them again.

From the beginning, how the siding and windows would be installed was explained in great detail. Sandro helped us with plenty of samples to choose the colors and style we liked. He also helped with suggestions based on his experience. Sandro was available at all times to answer questions before work began and while the work was being performed. Sandro and his crew were polite and courteous and addressed each concern we had while the work was done. From the beginning all work was done at a highly acceptable quality. There were very few details that we had any concerns about and all of them were minor details. When we asked about these items that we were concerned about, the concerns were addressed satisfactorily and corrected immediately as we pointed them out. We highly recommend Sam's Siding and Sandro's crew for the installation of vinyl siding, gutters and windows.

I will start with Sandro is a very nice man. He really did try to work with me but I was very disappointed with the professionalism and quality. The job was supposed to be a 2 day job and it started in January and went on and off until end of February. When the team removed the corner boards they ripped my siding on the main part of the house on several boards. I showed Sandro and told him they needed to fix it and they came back and only fixed by the front door at eye level. I then had to get him back again to fix all the boards. There were also some boards they forgot to replace around the decks and they didn't repaint everything to the original color. I had to have the team out on 4 separate occasions to fix the job. I am not sure if Sandro needs to be mored involved in quality checking of his jobs or what happened. I was very disappointed and honestly a little nervous that I would have future issues. He did reduce my price on a $150 repair to comp me for my trouble.

From the moment we met Sandro we had a very good feeling. He was honest and very straightforward with us. There were no high pressure sales tactics. Once the work began it went very smoothly. The guys got there early and put in a full day. Sandro or his brother would be there to make sure we were happy with the way the job was progressing. If we pointed anything out (and what we did was very minor stuff) it was corrected quickly. We were very satisfied and happy with the job and would not hesitate to use them again. They obviously care about the quality and integrity of their work. I have already mentioned them to family and friends.

I obtained three other quotes during the past 3 months for this work. One contractor wanted to charge $6,000 for the chimney work alone...ugh! Another contractor did not even show up for the estimate, so I went to the list and found the Sandro's company. After I read other positive reviews on his work I decided to email him on a Sunday with my request. On Monday morning he called me, set up a time to meet for the quote and he was able to complete the work in a timely manner. He also made sure I was satisfied with the work during and after the project was completed. I have already given his business card to a couple of my friends who plan to call him as well. I will continue to use him for other repairs on my house as needed.

The crew took time to demonstrate the window features prior to leaving to ensure we were happy with them. The windows look great and we couldn't be happier.

Awesome! Sandro was very patient with us as we weighed our options and decided what we wanted to get done. As promised, the work was completed in a week with minimal disruption to our daily activities. The workers arrived on time and were extremely polite. Attention was paid to detail in relation to the window and door trim. We did have a couple small problems; a sticker was left on the siding and some paint needed to be reapplied in our kitchen. However, Sandro came out in no time to fix the problems and was very apologetic. We met with everyone on the list that had 5 or more positive comments posted. We went with Sandro because he was genuine, knowledgeable, honest and NOT a salesman, which is what turned us off to some of the bigger companies, who sub out to him anyway. Although, there were a couple times when Sandro was a little late for our appointment, he more than made up for it through the personal time he made for us. Call Sandro. You won't be sorry.

Sandro came to my home as scheduled, quoted me a price for the entire job, breaking out the costs for each piece. He also spent considerable time describing what he would do and how. I found him to be thoroughly professional and no pressure. I got the impression that the quality of his work would make the sale. He did also have the best price for the work to be done. I hired him and they did a fantastic job, paying special attention to the details of their work.

From the very beginning, Sandro impressed us with his professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. He drove around with us, showing us a lot of houses with different types of vinyl siding, some done by himself and others done by other companies, pointing out a lot of details, which his company is doing different (eg wrapping of the windows, building out the frieze board). This helped us to find & select the siding, as well as the contractor we wanted. We selected Sam's siding, not just because of their attention to details, but also because his quote was the best in comparison with others (incl. "A" rated companies on Angie's list). Throughout the job, Sandro kept us up-to-date, while his brother was always on site and more than happy to address any question or concern we had. The crew was very courteous and professional. They really did an outstanding job and we are very happy with the end result. We are already talking about doing another home improvement project with them.
