"EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Update:

Marc gave me a call shortly after this review was posted and apologized profusely.  He indicated that due to the urgency he sent a subcontractor that has turned out not to be a good guy.  Marc committed to refunding my payment.  Having an issue is one thing, taking responsibility and fixing it is everything.  Thanks Marc.

This is a mixed review.  I was selling a house and had to have a grommet (little plastic insulator) installed in my electrical panel.  Buyer was insistent that the grommet be popped in by a licensed electrician.  I had to get this done and quickly.   Day after the request MI responded drove thru heavy traffic, got there late but got there.  I had the panel open, handed the gent my hardware store grommet grommet, he popped it in and wrote me a note while I closed the panel, took my $125 and was gone. 

All of that was great except that MI did the work three years ago and failed to install the grommet that got me in this jam in the first place.  Hard to feel good about that.

"Imperial Stone is ALL ACES from the beginning when Sam came out to do the quote, to when he came back with additional samples, then invited us to look at other stone at their Monroe shop. They were very patient and calm through the entire process, especially when we were very undecided about which granite to select. Also very patient and professional during the install. Tony also was invaluable when he both did the final measure and install. Tony did a wonderful job at answering all our questions as well as consulting us on ideas to make it a great final product. On the day of install Tony and his brother did an amazing job. Everything was done very gently with calm and patience. We have tile on the walls that we didn't want to redo,. They uninstalled without any damage to any tile or walls! The final product really looks high end and makes the kitchen look new. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is undecided who to go with. (They also were much more competitive $$ wise than Home Depot, Lowes, or some of the other installers). 5 Stars all the way!"

"Earlier this year we had Sam's Siding cover one side of our house with vinyl siding, due to some rotten masonite planks that needed immediate attention. We knew that eventually the rest of the house would need to be done. This time we did the front. Although we had already used them and Ishmael had given us a quote months earlier, he came out at our request and patiently answered all our questions and reviewed the scope before we signed. We signed the contract on Saturday, they were done within a few days. It is a complicated structure, with many angles, windows, corner pieces, etc. They placed insulation over the masonite, then covered it all in vinyl. It is beautiful. They did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them."

"Project went off without a hitch.  Doug the owner was quick and responsive from the time I contacted him for an estimate until the time the project was completed.  I was impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and knowledge Doug and his crew showed to make sure the job was done right.  They kept their work area clean while on site and paid great detail to match the motoar since we have a older home from the early 1900s.They were very friendly and outgoing. I felt secure with my choice of Courtney Masonry and highly recommend them for this type of work.
