"Aside from weather delays, all deadlines have been met and we are actually AHEAD of schedule!!! We were set to be complete by February, but are looking to be moved in by mid January!! Manus Contracting kept up posted on every aspect of the home building process and we were able to drop in to check on the status at any time.  We learned early on to let Manus Contracting be the professional that they are and not to compare them to what we see on HGTV.  I was able to show them photos on Pinterest of ideas I liked which they in turn were able to create for me and the end result was even better!
Being a Realtor I see a lot of homes and know of a lot of home builders, but I knew when I met Manus Contracting that they would be the best choice and would allow me to work one on one since this was a custom build and not a production home. "Except for numerous meetings with Chuck and/or his manager regarding details, the total experience was a plus... from providing estimate to job completion.  We had two bathrooms totally remodeled (one at a time) which took about 3 weeks.  Hallways and adjacent rooms were well protected from dust and debris by Rick and his team as they worked, and complete cleanup was provided at the end of each day... nothing left behind except in the room in which they were working.  My wife and I felt comfortable leaving our home each day to conduct various activities.   Excellent finished project!

"We have lived in this house about a year.  (The house is 12 years old).   When we bought the house the inspection report noted that there were cracks in the masonry due to normal settlement.  The inspection report noted that these should be repaired to prevent water penetration.  Doug did a full inspection of the exterior of the house to locate all cracks in bricks and masonry.
It went very well.  All the work done was outside we had a couple of delays due to weather - Severe thunderstorms.
Doug and his crew arrived on time and had all the work done in short order.
The job site was cleaned up and my back porch was much cleaner after they left than it was before they started!
