This was the most painless and enjoyable renovation project. The kitchen footprint was changed, new cabinets, appliances, electrical, plumbing, wall removed to sunroom, hardwood floors installed, exterior door replaced, wet bar installed in pantry, new tile and shower in master. Walt is so organized and consistently offers suggestions for solutions when surprises arise. The quality of the work is outstanding and his subcontractors and suggestions for vendors make for a seamless process. I could not be happier with the results and will definitely be calling Walt again for other projects.

Last response from him was that if we used his company, the work could not be scheduled until (December-January). This is September. What's wrong with this picture that not even an estimate could be provided? Will not pursue future business with this company.
