"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

Benjamin Franklin's technicians performed outstanding service, installing an entire new and superior tankless hot water system, replacing our inferior and dangerously flawed tankless system that no longer performed. The lead technician was up front regarding the reasons for replacement, the cost of replacement, as well as less expensive alternatives. After we decided to replace with a new tankless system and because of the price point, the lead technician suggested time plan payment alternatives which was very helpful.

The day of installation, the crew arrived on time as promised and suggested that the unit be placed on the outside of the house instead of underneath in the crawl space, allowing for easy access for maintenance and trouble shooting as well as for safety. An excellent suggestion since the old tankless system had been installed against a wall in the crawl space underneath our bedroom floor which the lead technician noted, would have been bad for us if the corroded pipes had started leaking gas! Anyway, the entire job was completed without a hitch and again right on time as promised.

The new system has been working perfectly for six months now and we could not be more pleased! I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and their technical crews to anyone with plumbing issues - two thumbs up!

He gave us a fast and fair quote. Our job was able to be completed within three weeks of scheduling it. It took four days for Chris, Kenny and their crew to install an internal french drain system in my basement and crawl space as well as a door drain along with a sump and backup. They were kind, respectful, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the basement work area and my property when they were done. Maryl in the business office was great to work with. Everyone I was in contact with at Falcone was communicative and very nice to deal with. I would definitely recommend and would call on them again in a heartbeat. Thanks!"
