"Brian called about 45 minutes before scheduled appointment time and asked if he could come early.  He showed up at the agreed upon time and started working on the door  He was on-site a total of 2 hours and charged me for 2 hours of time.  When I initially called, I was told the job would take less than an hour.  The time he charged me for included the time he took to take a couple of phone calls and search in his truck for a saw (10 minutes), remove tools from the truck and put tools back in the truck and collect payment from me.  I was disappointed that what should be a relatively simple job took so long.  He also indicated that he had a wet dry vac to clean the dust up from the sawing, but that he didn't want to use it because he just left a drywall job and the machine would blow dust through my home because the filter wasn't cleaned.  I appreciated his awareness of this and he did try to clean up with a wet paper towel, but it still left me with a not completely cleaned work area.  I would use them again for projects I can't resolve on my own, but this is definitely not a "bargain" given their speed and charging practices.  He arrived at my door at 3:00 pm and was out of my driveway at 4:55 pm.  I had to ask for him to honor the $25 coupon in order to get the price down from $247."

"Things went fine. I liked the idea of removing the drywall mud over the screws and replacing it. They used a hairdryer to dry it and everything. It was a great idea. I do think I can see evidence of where the nails are that I didn't see before, though. Not sure if I just never noticed that, or if the sanding was a little weak and the spots are visible where they weren't before. Well overall either way they did a good job. It is obvious that Jimmy the owner is concerned about the customer service his customers receive.
