"Tech arrived to handle a minor plumbing job AND to inspect a natural gas line that needed relocation so that a quote could be developed. This was expected to take two trips. Instead, he found an easier solution to the natural gas line issue than expected and did it on-the-spot, finishing just as the crew arrived to continue work on the deck! So, 1 trip instead of 2, and we didn't have to wait until next available appointment (6 days away) to solve the natural gas line problem ... which PECO could have done the more expensive way that I anticipated, but instead did quickly and at less cost. Bravo!"
