He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. "Herbie was so good about keeping me informed of what he was doing to my laptop. He was able to retrieve most of my data before replacing the hard drive. When I got it home and for some reason, the batterie would not charge. I called we discussed the issue and he ordered a replacement. I will probably hear from him today to get it installed.
