This in the middle of storm damage all over our town! When there were some issues with wiring (as there always is in a house built initially in 1940 and added to in no apparent plan, quirky but cool!) Serge explained them to me and we came up with a plan and though he could have, didn't charge me for the extra effort. We discussed some future projects as the remodel goes forward and he ran wires for them so it will be a go when we get there. I couldn't have asked for better service, better communication, better replacement equipment and better understanding when I wanted to change things on the fly.
