The permits and the Net metering agreement had to be approved first. After that the work began very fast. The waiting on Duke energy was a couple weeks after everything was installed but the results were extremely good. I now have a system that cools the house properly. "Serge and Reuben were very kind and professional. They showed up on time, managed the permits and inspections in record time. AND got the power company in my area on board in record time also! This in the middle of storm damage all over our town! When there were some issues with wiring (as there always is in a house built initially in 1940 and added to in no apparent plan, quirky but cool!) Serge explained them to me and we came up with a plan and though he could have, didn't charge me for the extra effort.
