The job was done a little over a yr ago. I believe now there is a leak in my roof from the exhaust fan not being sealed properly. I have reached out to the company the past several days with no response. I was advised I had a lifetime warranty and would like them to adhere to it.

Manuel was prompt in response, supplied a competitive estimate, and he and his crew did a wonderful job in a timely fashion! They removed the popcorn ceiling, repaired it, and several holes as well as almost every corner drywall joint in the house. Their great paint job was the icing on the cake!

He discovered our ceiling fan had been installed wrong. Steven went tp Lowe's purchased a new fan and returned to install the fan. He replaced several outlets and light switch. The original issue was due to faulty Directv Box. Steven was a big help!!!! Great guy.

"He installed ceiling fan without any problems. He started taking down exhaust fan in bathroom was scheduled to come back out on May 6 to finish exhaust fan. He was a no show. He never showed up or never called us. He started a job but didn't complete it. This is poor customer service to us. We would not use him again."

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"

If your home already has wires for a ceiling fan (and optional light kit), then it’s quite safe to wire and install it yourself. Always be very careful to shut off the power before you begin, and confirm that the power is safely off with a non-contact voltage tester before touching anything. Generally, a ceiling fan should be mounted at least seven feet from the floor in the center of your room with a wall clearance of around 18 inches. If your ceiling is more than eight feet high, it’s recommended by experts that the ceiling fan be mounted around eight to nine feet from the ground. This helps ensure a better quality of circulated airflow.

The number of blades for your fan poses both advantages and disadvantages. Typically, the more blades on a fan, the better the air distribution and cooling effect, but this also means that your fan will have more wear on its motor. For small rooms, three-blade fans should work fine. For larger areas like living rooms, four or five-blade fans might be the better option.

There are many types of ceiling fans available, each designed for different spaces and needs. Standard ceiling fans are the most common type and work well in most rooms. Low-profile ceiling fans are better suited for rooms with low ceilings. Smart ceiling fans can be controlled with a smartphone or voice commands. For larger spaces with ceilings between 10 and 25 feet high, large ceiling fans are ideal. Dual-motor fans have two motors to produce more airflow in multiple directions. You can also find energy-efficient or Energy-Star models that can be up to 60% more efficient, as well as fans with built-in lights or retractable blades.

The more surface area that a ceiling fan blade has, the more effective it will be at producing airflow. Therefore, a longer ceiling fan blade is the better option if you’re looking for more wind. However, a longer blade will consume more energy than a shorter blade.
