He is our handy man from now on. Knowledgable  Friendly and curtious. We are relocating to Columbia and were in the process of moving in when we smelled smoke and detrmined that a ceiling fan was shorting out. Called our landlord who inturn called Mike.

I had him do small jobs twice and he was good.  He was reasonable as well. He installed ceiling fans and outlets for me. There are a lot of big companies who don't want to do small jobs like that and he does odd jobs. He also does big jobs and he re-wired my brothers house. There was no electricity and he had to run the electricity to the ceiling and install the ceiling fan. He is very reasonable at price.  It was not just a ceiling fan installation. He had to put up a line there and I thought it was very reasonable.  I had him do another small job for me a few years ago. 

He did a great job.

He does good work at reasonable prices, so I use him whenever I need someone, he can also tackle very hard to fix things, and does good research to find second-hand parts where appropriate to save enough money. He seems able to do major jobs and commercial, not just the occasional light problem at a residence. He has replaced entire services for my neighbor, that's where I got his name.

It is hard to get the big electric companies work on small jobs, and they also charge a lot. He was very competent, and he got the job done for me. His price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with him. He does have an older house, so he is good with doing jobs in older houses.
