I have been asking the service provider to start this retaining wall work since November 2024 and have been very patient with him, but he has now stopped responding to our requests for updates and a refund of the deposit paid. We started asking for a refund once we agreed to part ways on Jan 17th, 2025, via a phone conversation my son had with Bennett Summers. The work was to be performed on my sons property. He did some grading work before this work request and did not complete it to our satisfaction, but I am willing to let that slide and just request a refund of the deposit for the retaining wall ($1,210).
