"JEM has done everything from installing our ring system to redoing our light in our kitchen and installed ceiling fans in all of our bedrooms since we had no current ceiling lighting. I was comfortable enough to give Jeff the code to our home so he could do the work we needed him to do while we were at work. We have also recommended him to anyone who has needed electrical work done and I know my neighbors have used him as well. I attached a few photos of projects that JEM has done for us over the years!"

"Jim and his crew were great! They reached out immediately, came out for an estimate and got the job done quickly and it looks amazing! As a business owner, it was important to have my store in working order so J & E worked with our store schedule to get the work done and be cleaned up by the time we opened for business. They were also very flexible when I needed to make some changes. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace a drop ceiling and put in new LED lighting."

Small jobs welcome

"We were nervous about looking for someone to redo our screened porch. We didn't want .to deal with a contractor who didn't show up, who ripped us off, or did shabby work. We didn't know Tim but he was doing work on the house behind ours that belongs to a preacher. He was pleased with his work so we decided to give him a try. He was awesome! Showed up on time, price was right and his work is impecable! I wouldn't be afraid to recommend Tim to anyone. He is a nice guy too. After the porch was done we had him do some other work on the house and we have been pleased with everything! I don't seen anyone being unhappy with anything when it comes to Tim. He is the best! I just recommended him to my neighbor! Gail Sommers"

"He did an outstanding job assembling this recliner. I received it at 2 yesterday and it was scheduled to assembled at 7. At 7:30, it was set up and the trash and old chair cleared. I was immediately impressed with the outstanding professionalism. I will definitely be using him again!"

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can lay a gas grill flat during transportation. Laying it flat can help prevent it from moving around the truck during the journey. It’s still advisable to secure the grill with bungee cords, just in case.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.

The most significant benefit of having a gas grill over a propane grill is that you never run out of fuel unless there’s an outage in your area, which is rare. Unlike with a propane grill, you’ll never need to haul tanks back and forth to a local fill station, and you’ll never find yourself unable to use your grill because you forgot to refill your tanks. Gas grills also burn slightly cleaner than propane grills, and natural gas costs significantly less than propane, meaning it’s more affordable to run your grill.

A few potential problems can cause your gas grill to stop working:

  • Burners aren’t properly aligned.

  • Food debris is clogging the burners.

  • Hose connections may be blocked.

  • Burners may not be getting enough gas.

  • Gas valve is not working properly.

If you’re experiencing any of those problems with your gas grill, hire a local grill repair professional to inspect your grill for issues and implement a plan to resolve them.

The cost of a gas grill burner ranges from $10 to $100 or more, depending on the brand. If you’re replacing one burner, consider replacing all the burners simultaneously. Although it will cost more upfront, it will save you the hassle of replacing a burner every few months, and your grill will cook more evenly and efficiently.
