Clark Mortensen is absolutely the most amazing sales professional we’ve ever met! He’s the informative, knowledgeable, thorough professional we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He informed us of things we never would have thought to ask. He’s pleasant, funny, and made us feel confident that we made the right choice by choosing Roofing Pups. He’s relaxed, non-pressuring and we could rest knowing the job would be done right! That’s so important to us when it comes to home improvements. I honestly didn’t think that existed anymore. We also talked with the owner and he’s amazing as well! He also showed us proof of Roofing Pups being licensed, insured, and bonded. I have never had a professional offer up that proof and that’s very impressive!! All of those qualities in him and the company along with the quality of their siding was enough for us to hire them for the job. We knew there was no need to look any further! Cheaper is NOT always better! You can take that to the bank!!

Presentation was Excellent and it's why we chose them. Supplies were delivered day before and workers were on time next morning. Roof was done and couldn't be any happier with the materials, staff, and Rafael Botaro, Excellent Excellent service and quality.

A short time after setting my project date following the presentation ,estimate/cost with my sales rep Rafael Botaro, the subject work was conducted and completed one week later, and on time as instructed . The crew arrived exactly as stated and started working immediately. The salesman Roger, was on-site throughout the installation of the new roof. Upon completion, the crew professionally cleaned my property with precision, and additionally cleared the debris that had fallen near the adjacent property. Upon review of my new roof, I was ecstatic in review of the beauty , workmanship, and professionalism exhibited via the snapshots shared by Roger. There’s no words to reflect the final product except “Absolutely Supreme” in detail and beauty; I am looking forward to future projects with Roofing Pups. My job began with a complete evaluation and estimation with Rafael who spent quality time with me in familiarizing with the roof materials and their usage in regards to my project. I was given a date, and the crew came prepared and on time. The hard working crew completed the fabulous new roof in a perfected state ; they were immaculate in their cleanup and left nothing behind; no debris was left on the property. Roger, went over the completed roof with pictures taken, and wow! the results of my new roof was exactly what I wanted; It is beautiful and flawless in every way. I am ecstatic and beyond Pleased. Pablo with Roofing Pups did an excellent job! I thought I had a leak with my roof although wasn't sure where it was coming from. He was friendly, respectful, and took his time to find the issue. Thankfully it wasn't a roof leak but was able to help decipher the issue and trouble shoot moving forward! Didn't even charge me but was very thankful for taking the time!

We were more than pleased with this company. From our first meeting with Pablo all the way through the finished job. Pablo was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. The main installer, Jogli, arrived promptly and worked steadily all 3 days. He, also, was very polite and worked with precision. The job looks fabulous! I will definitely use them again!

They did a beautiful ,professional job. I would recommend them 100%. Friendly, great people to work with.
