I called Cicco Construction on Tuesday to evaluate a roof leak that had been previously 'fixed' by the builder of my home. Mr. Colacicco scheduled a next day visit at 8:30AM to have a look and to provide an estimate for the repairs. He arrived at 8:25AM, examined the leak and provided an estimate. In addition, while examining the leak, he also repaired an adjacent roof area that needed attention (at no charge). Yes, that's right - he went above and beyond while preparing an estimate, without additional charge. I can't say how truly amazing it is to know a company like Cicco's, where customer service is not just spoken, it is practiced. I'm looking forward to having the job completed shortly. Outstanding - I highly recommend Cicco Construction! Thank you, Doug and God bless!
