"This is our second review of Atlantic Coastal Enterprises.  Our last review was in regard to our new and beautiful roof, done by Atlantic Coastal.  This review is about the second job done for us, brand new soffit, fascia, siding and gutters.  Brian and Sara?s crew are truly skilled craftsmen.  The work is beautiful and makes our home look like a new house. I know a lot of people have heard of Mike Holmes the famous Canadian TV Contractor.  Well, Brian is the closest example of a top notch construction man, and he?s right here in the U.S.   Brian and Sara Bryce are the most honest business people you?ll ever want to meet.  They are fair in price, prompt on service and provide excellent craftsmanship to all of their jobs.  The care and precise attention to detail is evident in all their services.   We wish all construction companies were like Atlantic Coastal.

Ray Bullock roofing provided excellent service in installing the metal roof on my house and storage shed.  There were 6 very professional and courteous workers who were here on time and worked continuously until the job was finished.  The workers were friendly and very pleasant.  The work and clean up was excellent.  Wasn't sure of the color we wanted and Mr. Bullock recommended a color which looks really nice on the house and shed.  It has rained hard a couple of times since the installation and so far have found no damage or leaks.  Mr. Bullock came out the next day to see how well we liked the new metal roof and take some pictures.  Mr. Bullock also called on 9/7/2015 just to see if there were any problems and to check to see if everything ok.  I would hire this company again and recommend him to everyone.  Again, Ray Bullock Roofing did an excellent job and the house and shed looks really nice.

"They called and said they would be at the house in 30 minutes. which would have made it 10 am. I didn't even know they were coming because I had not set up an appointment with the company yet, but I was home anyway so it was fine. The two young men who did the job were Andy and Jason. They were very  polite and professional. Andy had suggested putting gutter guards on to help keep the gutters clear of debris. He showed me the new kind that they are now using and I was impressed. They were smoother than the old type that were on the gutters previously. I had those removed last year.  I will use their services again.

"Keith Murphy was a pleasure to work with.  He was not a pushy salesman; instead he took the time to explain the GutterDome product to me and brought physical samples of his competitors to let me see and feel the difference in quality.  I decided that the GutterDome was the best product I saw, and Keith gave me a very competitive price.
On the day of the install, I was not present, and an area of gutters (about 15 feet) was missed due to the fact that they were sandwiched in between two sides of the brick house.  I called Keith to notify him that a section of the gutters were missed, and within a few days, they came back to make it right.  The section of gutters that was missed was a weird and abnormal situation. But Keith worked with his installer, Will, and made the GutterDome product fit the dimensions and abnormal situation at no extra charge even though Keith missed this segment of gutters in his initial estimate.
I had quotes from 2 other companies.  Not only did I feel like the GutterDome product was the best, the price came in below the rest for the exact same work and linear feet.  There is a no clog guarantee and a 20 year transferable warranty that goes with these gutter guards.  We have been through a couple heavy thunderstorms since the install, and the gutters have held up well and haven't clogged.  As you can see below, there was a wide range of prices proposed for similar services provided.

"The builders of Rio Construction are very knowledgeable from framing and plumbing to hvac and electric. They built a staircase in the garage that goes up to a entry room, full bathroom, closet, and bonus room with access to large storage areas on both sides. They really maximized the space in the attic and brought my dream to fruition. It is absolutely gorgeous... I have been in and around construction my whole life and this was the best group of builders I have ever encountered. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever take on another project I know who to call. These guys definitely went above and beyond to bring my dream to fruition. "Workers showed up promptly and performed the job thoroughly.  I was glad the job wasn't "too small" for Lettrick.  Mr. Lettrick himself stopped by to be sure all went well.  He was professional and friendly, and genuinely concerned about the condition of my roof.  He is very experienced in his field and takes pride in the quality of his work.  Don't hesitate to hire him for your roofing needs.

"Accubuilt handled everything from the beginning. He went to the townhouse, took measurements, and presented an estimate within the week. There was an issue with the building inspector after ordering the vinyl siding over the "color", of all things! We had chosen a pale green called Key Lime and the inspector had reservations until Lee made a special trip back (80 miles each way) and secured a sample for him. All work was professionally done and in a timely matter, weather permitting. The work area was kept clean as to minimize any annoyance to neighbors. Lee made several trips to make sure we were satisfied with the entire process and correct any minor item that we might find. While the weather was not very cooperative, Accubuilt continued to get the job done as quickly as possible. The entire experience was so good that we are now in the process of having Accubuilt remodel the entire kitchen.
