We expect payment due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing by both parties (emails are an accpetable form).

"Working with All Out Chimney has been an amazing experience for me - I will be a lifelong customer! My initial reach out to them was to find a second opinion about some work that needed to be done. I had been told by the guy from Owens Chimney Systems when he came to do a routine chimney sweep that my chimney was dangerous, unusable and estimated that I needed $15,000 of work to make it safe. OMG! I freaked out! I love building fires, but I do not have that kind of money. When I reached out to All Out Chimney for a second opinion, I learned SO MUCH from the very knowledgeable Jamie in her email that described the process of cleaning out the creosote buildup, assuring me that there would be no way to know if I needed further work until that part was completed. Even if I needed the work the other company suggested, their estimate came in lower by thousands of dollars. As it turns out, Jarrell (awesome!) came to do a new inspection, did the initial creosote cleanout and some repairs to the top of my chimney and back wall of my fireplace and then concluded that I had a safe chimney and did not, in fact, need any of the more pricey options - settling it all out for less than $4,500. for the knowledge and expertise (and NOT using scare tactics!!), I will be a lifelong customer of All Out Chimney Sweep and I recommend that you try them out and see for yourself. He checked the stove and said there was no gas regulator on it and it did not have a yellow gas whip line. It's not up to code, not up to standard. I then called him back to fix it and he tried to charge me another $125 service charge. I told him I was not gonna pay him to fix his mistake. We went back in forth and then he's asking me what he needs to make it work. When he agreed to comeback, finally, on Christmas Eve, he was three hours late, no phone call, no nothing. Asked me to be here early, I did that coming out from Myrtle Beach. But when he turned the gas off and turned it back on, it did not like the pilot and it filled my house with gas yet again. And he was just rude as anyone can be. I stand by my statement and I have the texts to back it all up."
