"After Hurricane Helene the pressed board siding around our fireplace chimney was in bad shape. Adding to that was the fact the roofers who replaced our roof afterwards did not install proper flashing on our garage (which contacts the chimney) and it exacerbated the situation. Pressed board was peeling away from the structure, warped, and expanded from water intrusion and a number of areas. We wanted to replace the entire exterior of the chimney with Hardie Board and have any of the water damaged under layers replaced with OSB and have the entire structure wrapped. We received a number of competitive estimates, but the estimate from Umbrella was by far the lowest and included more work than the others. The owner, Eduardo, is knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. He assured us that he could have all of the work done to proper standard and completed within 48 hours. We were not disappointed. His team of workers were quick, efficient, and hard-working. Thanks Umbrella!"

"I had originally hired another company do work on my house and after the work was done I found out they weren't good. Luckily I came across Tim and his company because he came in after them and was able to fix up all the work that was done prior to him! He helped me with plumbing, flooring, roofing, and even some electrical work. He put in new dish washer, cut the cabinets to make sure my new refrigerator would fit without messing anything up and delivered and installed a new water heater for me. "Accubuilt handled everything from the beginning. He went to the townhouse, took measurements, and presented an estimate within the week. There was an issue with the building inspector after ordering the vinyl siding over the "color", of all things! We had chosen a pale green called Key Lime and the inspector had reservations until Lee made a special trip back (80 miles each way) and secured a sample for him. All work was professionally done and in a timely matter, weather permitting. The work area was kept clean as to minimize any annoyance to neighbors. Lee made several trips to make sure we were satisfied with the entire process and correct any minor item that we might find. While the weather was not very cooperative, Accubuilt continued to get the job done as quickly as possible. The entire experience was so good that we are now in the process of having Accubuilt remodel the entire kitchen.

Having assisted in many roofs in my youth while in in college, I KNOW what a B**** flat roofs are to repair, Mr T. did an outstanding job in 2 days with his crew.  NOT only was it done right the first time, when we noted a minor problem a month later he was solving the problem in 2 days. 

Cleanup was better than how it was before the job.  NO one smoked and ALL where polite and civilized.
