Filyaw's Quality Roofing

Work was done poorly and leaking occurred. I called four different times and talked to Mr. Filyaw asking for them to come back and fix these mistakes in workmanship. He promised to come each time but never showed. I have since had to hire another roofer to fix three different leaking areas on the roof.

Extremely fast, the roof was completed in 2 full days. They were here very early and stayed until late in the evening. They cleaned up almost all the nails that were dropped in the process. They were courteous to my family and guests. Two complaints, the smoking was a bit annoying as no one in our home smokes, so the smell seemed strong to us. The other is that they had to be watched to make sure that they were doing everything as agreed upon in the contract. My husband caught them not installing new felt since they found the old felt to be in good condition. He had to ask about it and the supervisor instructed them to install the new felt. Otherwise we were very pleased with everything overall.

They are very professional.  They did a really good job.  They cleaned up after themselves.  I have no complaints with their work.  I would use their services in the future also.

They were very, very good. They did it in a timely manner considering that every house in Hartsville had to have a new roof. They were courteous. The price was reasonable and my insurance didn't have a problem with it at all. I was very pleased with them.

All work well done and I'm refering friends to this company.
