"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Accubuilt handled everything from the beginning. He went to the townhouse, took measurements, and presented an estimate within the week. There was an issue with the building inspector after ordering the vinyl siding over the "color", of all things! We had chosen a pale green called Key Lime and the inspector had reservations until Lee made a special trip back (80 miles each way) and secured a sample for him. All work was professionally done and in a timely matter, weather permitting. The work area was kept clean as to minimize any annoyance to neighbors. Lee made several trips to make sure we were satisfied with the entire process and correct any minor item that we might find. While the weather was not very cooperative, Accubuilt continued to get the job done as quickly as possible. The entire experience was so good that we are now in the process of having Accubuilt remodel the entire kitchen.
