"Accubuilt handled everything from the beginning. He went to the townhouse, took measurements, and presented an estimate within the week. There was an issue with the building inspector after ordering the vinyl siding over the "color", of all things! We had chosen a pale green called Key Lime and the inspector had reservations until Lee made a special trip back (80 miles each way) and secured a sample for him. All work was professionally done and in a timely matter, weather permitting. The work area was kept clean as to minimize any annoyance to neighbors. Lee made several trips to make sure we were satisfied with the entire process and correct any minor item that we might find. While the weather was not very cooperative, Accubuilt continued to get the job done as quickly as possible. The entire experience was so good that we are now in the process of having Accubuilt remodel the entire kitchen.

"Extremely fast, the roof was completed in 2 full days. They were here very early and stayed until late in the evening. They cleaned up almost all the nails that were dropped in the process. They were courteous to my family and guests. Two complaints, the smoking was a bit annoying as no one in our home smokes, so the smell seemed strong to us. The other is that they had to be watched to make sure that they were doing everything as agreed upon in the contract. My husband caught them not installing new felt since they found the old felt to be in good condition. He had to ask about it and the supervisor instructed them to install the new felt. Otherwise we were very pleased with everything overall."
