"After Hurricane Helene the pressed board siding around our fireplace chimney was in bad shape. Adding to that was the fact the roofers who replaced our roof afterwards did not install proper flashing on our garage (which contacts the chimney) and it exacerbated the situation. Pressed board was peeling away from the structure, warped, and expanded from water intrusion and a number of areas. We wanted to replace the entire exterior of the chimney with Hardie Board and have any of the water damaged under layers replaced with OSB and have the entire structure wrapped. We received a number of competitive estimates, but the estimate from Umbrella was by far the lowest and included more work than the others. The owner, Eduardo, is knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. He assured us that he could have all of the work done to proper standard and completed within 48 hours. We were not disappointed. His team of workers were quick, efficient, and hard-working. Thanks Umbrella!"

"What an incredible experience. Contacted them for siding consult, Chris from sales was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Gave us great recommendations for the design. We signed up and wow the siding was here in less than 10 days. The installers, Led by Daniel were incredible. They were courteous, friendly, neat and they were fast! You could see pride of work as they were doing the project. They were also on time each day, were there when they said they would be. AJ our project manager was awesome as well..Communicated frequently so we always knew what to expect. We are thrilled with our new home, siding is beautiful, this team is stellar! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We found Accubuilt on Angie's List.  We gave them a call and from the first interaction were very pleased.  They were professional and courteous.  They came out and reviewed the various things we needed to have done on our house.  We discussed several things with them including installing vinyl siding and replacing our roof.  In the end we decided to only do the siding now.  But we definitely will have them back next year to replace the roof.  Once we agreed on the work to be done, we scheduled to have the work begin the following week.  They showed up on time, worked late and were done in just 2 days.  They did an excellent job on the work and even did an excellent job in cleaning up after themselves.

Roof was installed....additional money was required due to mis-communication between T and his sub contractors.  The project was never completed.  Gutters that were paid for were never installed.  Siding that was improperly installed was never corrected.  Numerous phone calls to T were ignored or never returned.  Another contractor was hired and paid 1,500.00 to correct and re-do some of the siding that was not correctly installed and to install gutters.  I will also need to contract with a painter to re-caulk, sand and paint the posts which were not done properly.  I recently called T and asked if he considered this part of customer satisfied quality workmanship.  He said he would come to look at it but has not and I do not expect to hear from him regarding this.

If anyone chooses to work with T's Construction - I think he is quite capable of doing quality work.  Just be sure and all quotes are in writing and that full payment is withheld until the job is completed and you are completely satisfied.
