He un-installed the 2 chandeliers and followed me to my residence with no hesitation asses the reinstall location. He assessed where I would like the chandeliers to be installed and provided his professional opinion as to the location based on the style, weight and stability. I wanted a certain chandelier hung in the dining area and I was advised it might not be stable, however Paul to the extra time to determine the ceilings integrity and was able to place them both where they would look best.
