"As a new homeowner of an older home in a Columbia historical district neighborhood, we wanted to find a smaller, quality builder/company to work a new carport design while manuevering the eaches of particularities with city requirements. Although time and process intensive, Anne and Kevin were always thorough and communicated clearly with us each step of the way. Kevin will always ensure the job is done to a high quality standard and with the right time, material, and people to complete the task at hand. I will not hesitate to work with this team again in the future."

"Jim came out to quote us on a couple of different projects. The first a window we thought had gone bad he clarified had not and said it was still good. This was verified by a second contractor. Jim even offered a tip on recaulking it and the proper caulk to use. The second project was a bathroom remodel. Jim was very thorough and even brought up a potential issue another contractor missed. We ended up going with a different contractor (4 in total gave us quotes) for a "best fit for our needs" reason, we were impressed with his knowledge, candor and integrity. We have saved his information for future reference and home improvements we are considering. Awesome company."

"I hired Cransten to remodel my bathroom. It was getting old and in need of an update. They came in, replaced the floor, built a shower pan, and laid custom tile around my shower. I was impressed with how friendly and professional they were. I would definitely hire them again!"

"I’m kinda late with my review but Mike and his team were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in getting our remodeling project with all three of our bathrooms. The results were fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. Below is before n after pics of one of the bathrooms and pics of the master bathroom 👍🏾. Outstanding service, very satisfied customer 🫡"

"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. From the initial contact with their sales representative to final installation, the company provided top notch professional work. With the draft from the old windows and the cold of the glass, we are already saving on our energy bills. Our house had old, large windows, so they had to be custom made. As an industrial designer and interior designer, we find our windows to be of excellent quality."

"Very professional and detail oriented. They took my vision and brought it to life. Outstanding communication from start to finish on the remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for any remodeling projects"

They listened carefully to our needs and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the design process. The project manager and business owner Mr. Price kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished space are truly impressive. Our new home remodeling exceeds our expectations, and weâ  re grateful to Price Builder for bringing our vision to life! Please contact him with any of your home care needs as he will answer or return your call in a timely matter. If I were to rate his business on a scale of 1-10 I would honesty say that he surpasses a 10. Ask for images of our home and you too would agree that his services are impeccable."

"This was my first experience hiring a contractor and Mr. Sturgess's was great to work with. He was able to meet with me outside of my work hours to go over my plans. His crew was on time, friendly, and answered any questions I had. Mr. Sturgess rates were very reasonable, and he and his team are very honest and easy to work. Since they have finished converting my carport to the screened sun room, I asked if they could go ahead and finish some other projects for me. I can't wait until all of my projects are done."

"They did a great job on design layout. they were very professional and efficient."

"This was a total gut job and bringing an old bathroom up to code. They coordinated the entire project and I was happy with every step along the way. From the beginning they were helpful when discussing the scope of the project. Also their estimate and contract was clear and reasonable. The quality of work is excellent. They were timely and accurate, helpful and customer service oriented. I am so pleased with the finished product! I will certainly be using them again in the future and highly recommend this company"
