"After completion of our bathroom remodel, we now literally give tours to our friends and neighbors. It's spacious and much safer with the ADA layout and new shower concept. Everybody finds the bright new look to be an investment and an enhancement. It adds value but is safer and that's most important. I next plan for my deck to be torn down and rebuilt and will again use Palmetto Renovations only. I have projects and they have expertise."

"We unfortunately had severe weather with some hail damage in our neighborhood on Thanksgiving day in 2014. Mr. Darryl Phelps representing Lakeside Construction stopped by my address one afternoon and ask if he could inspect my roof for damage. After further inspection he found that we indeed had shingle and roof damage. Darryl spent the time to help me with what the next steps would be to get my insurance agency involved so an adjuster could inspect as well. After further inspection from the adjuster my new roof was approved for install. Lakeside Construction made our experience with a major remodel one of ease and hassle free. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and courtesy that was shown.The workmanship and quality of the job when completed was second to none. Everything that was promised was done on the day and time it was promised. The entire job was started and completed in two days. I have and will continue to recommend Lakeside Construction now and in the future.
