First Class Cleaners did an exceptional job on the deep clean. Laurie was very attentive to details and worked quickly yet very thoroughly. I appreciated the opportunity to complete a walk through at the end of the cleaning. We’ll definitely have First Class Cleaners out again for another cleaning.

We were happy with our cleaning and service. Laurie did a good job and was professions. All of the points mentioned in our cleaning package were done, except the countertops were missed.

First class cleaners, what a joke!! I have a 3000 sf home with 3 bathroom vacation rental so First they charge me $400 for a "deep cleaning" which took them less then 2 hrs with 2 people to complete, I had my first stay at the house, a group of 8 people, they came to clean after that and were done in 45 min, when I call I was told that they just work fast like that from experience. I ended up going there after 2 weeks of no stay to find out what " experience " is. initial look all was in order but then I find out old food still in the fridge, microwave not cleaned, 2 towels left in the all house and the cheery was that none of the sheets were washed. I ended up washing all of them, 25 min on quick cycle washer and another 25 min in the dryer for a total of 50 min of just that. I would NOT recommend this company to any one.

Hired for 3/2 three story airbnb and it was a complete disaster. Cleaner sent did not change all the bed linens, did not thoroughly clean bathrooms, did NOT sanitize or wipe pertinent areas, and was there for only an hour. Caught her bad attitude and comments on security cams. I had to refund guests and pay for another cleaner. Overall, it ended up costing me hundreds. When I notified the owner, they texted me this: "Unfortunately our technician that has come out was our only technician in that areas. We have decided not to continue with her employment unfortunately that means we will have to let the air bnb contract go..." LIES. What contract? They don't know how to run a business and the reason they state they don't give refunds is because they know they are doing people dirty.

My floors sparkle and the shelves and furniture shine. The soaps they use smell wonderful. I am so very pleased!
