I made an appt with them for Wednesday from noon to 2. They no showed and didn’t bother to call. I called back Friday and they agreed to come out right then. However, the truck didn’t have enough to pump my entire septic and they said they would come out first thing Monday. They no showed again on Monday. Four days later they tried to contact me to reschedule. I refused at that point. I can’t be kept waiting for 2 weeks for whenever they feel it is convenient for them…if you make an appt, keep it!

This is the 2nd time we have used C&M. We got an appoinment right away. The two young men were pleasant and professional. Explained everything they were doing and why. Fee was reasonable. Would highly recommend C&M Septic Services.

The guys were very thorough and kept me updated on everything that was going on. They had to leave and come back a couple of times to get the parts they needed. I am very happy with the service.

After getting quotes from 3 other companies, C&M came in both the Lowest pricing and fastest availability. We had them upgrade our CPVC to PEX and change us from electric to Natural Gas Tankless. They were 100% done in about 8 hours and their estimated savings was lower than the actual end result, my power bill comparing December 23 to December 24 dropped by $43 and the Natural Gas increased by $11. Not sure if you could use a free power bill each year in correlated savings but if you want to save $$$ I would recommend you reach out to C&M and chat with David.
