I made an appt with them for Wednesday from noon to 2. They no showed and didn’t bother to call. I called back Friday and they agreed to come out right then. However, the truck didn’t have enough to pump my entire septic and they said they would come out first thing Monday. They no showed again on Monday. Four days later they tried to contact me to reschedule. I refused at that point. I can’t be kept waiting for 2 weeks for whenever they feel it is convenient for them…if you make an appt, keep it!

Very friendly young man. Did a great job

This is the 2nd time we have used C&M. We got an appoinment right away. The two young men were pleasant and professional. Explained everything they were doing and why. Fee was reasonable. Would highly recommend C&M Septic Services.

David was very prompt to respond and very knowledgeable. I wasn't able to hire due to my sister making another decision but feel I would if needed.

The guys were very thorough and kept me updated on everything that was going on. They had to leave and come back a couple of times to get the parts they needed. I am very happy with the service.
