However, in both cases, Ray called me back promptly. He was really easy to work with, and showed up when promised. Ray was congenial, listened well and made good (but not pushy) suggestions about additional services he could help me with. After talking with him I added pressure washing walkways and driveways to the job. Quality of work: Ray performed all the work efficiently and professionally. The patio, steps, walkways, and driveways look great. Value: Ray is not the least expensive in town, but I felt that I received excellent value for my money. From my initial contact to the final invoice being issued Luis and his team displayed top notch professionalism and quality workmanship. They treated me like a customer whose business they desired to gain. Unfortunately this type of service isn’t as common as it should be. The team showed up early, greeted me and got to work. They kept me in the loop on the various repairs required as they peeled off the old roof and kept me informed as the day progressed. They were meticulous about clean up and showed a high level of respect for my home and property. My new roof looks awesome and I’m extremely pleased with the decision to work with LA Roofing on getting my roof repaired and replaced.
