After looking at reviews, I decided to leave Clark & select this location to complete servicing for my termite bond. This company sent a quote for servicing and reneged on the quote after completing the service. Please select any of the other locations for your termite & pest control services. Pay attention to their negative reviews & don’t be fooled. (I’m sure the owner/management team will ensure to respond with a polished response lacking accountability in honoring their signed quotes. So, I’ve attached screenshots.)

Mr. Bob Lewis came to house, explained what all services were available and coverage. Casual professional dress (put on booties over shoes before coming in), appreciated that. He is very courteous....was not pushy at all. He measured the house and gave me an estimate that I was very pleased with. At that we scheduled a time for his company to come out.

Because of a death in the family I was not able to be at home when he came out to inspect and treat the house, that was not a problem. After contacting me first he took care of at the scheduled time anyway, which I appreciate. All was done well and professionally.
