1 Man Does It Lawn and Pressure Washer Services

Carlos have great customer service! From my experience, I will keep him as my Landscaper! I love the positive energy and attitude! First, he had arrived on time and was prepared. There was a incident in which his equipment got stolen off his truck while he was working that day! I've felt really bad and I didnt want him to continue with the service. However, the whole entire time while he was cutting my grass I continue to apologize. Carlos maintain with a positive attitude and energy. The incident didn't slow him down a bit and I do appreciate him. His price for my yard was affordable! I was referred to him and he has been a Landscaperfor over 15 years. His work performance is astounding! I will continue to use his service! My rating for Carlos is 10 stars due to his equipment getting stolen and he maintain working and great yard work!!!!

He is prompt, professional, polite, and proficient. He always provides us an estimated time of arrival for the day he will "mow, blow, edge, and go' and reschedules with us when he has a problem seeing his appointment, such as heavy rain making mowing not possible. He graciously accepts and does requests we make, like not mowing over a recently seeded area, or edge a particular heavy area along a retaining wall a second time. He uses a self-proppelled mower and adjusts the height of the cut to our specifications. He is fast at completing his work, but if you watch him,  you see the patience he takes in performing each task. We have never had to ask him to redo the yard because of an error or a mistake. A testament to him is that neighbors have asked him to begin working on their yards after seeing what he does for us.

It went extremely well.  Mr. Nipson was punctual and considerate.  He walked through the process and cost no matter how many times I asked questions.  He took in account of my pets and offered the safest product to utilize around them.  He further recommended plants that would assist with pests.  The end product was astounding and I even set up a maintenance plan.  I would recommend him to everyone!

Carlos is a very professional young man was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with his work and his prices. His work truly speaks for itself and he's such a pleasant person. Comes when he says he will be there and is always willing to work with you and your schedule.

One man does it cut my grass, trimmed my hedges and edged sidewalk and drive way. Then he cleaned up by blowing off my porch, sidewalk and drive way.

Carlos did great job as always. If I have something extra for him to do he doesn't hesitate to take care of it. Carlos is friendly and professional.
