"The two-person team arrived early, which was much appreciated. Mounted tv looks great, however, we deducted a star because wires were not coiled and zipped tied, just shoved behind the tv. We spoke with another professional installer and he said that a better job would be to organize the cords to prevent shifting or eventually dropping and showing, after all, cords do have weight. Randy was funny and knowledgeable, but maybe a tiny bit condescending just because I 'm not tech savvy."

Walter was upfront about the pricing and when he we would be able to install. He was incredibly helpful to my parents in showing them how to use the SmartTv.
