The two-person team arrived early, which was much appreciated. Mounted tv looks great, however, we deducted a star because wires were not coiled and zipped tied, just shoved behind the tv. We spoke with another professional installer and he said that a better job would be to organize the cords to prevent shifting or eventually dropping and showing, after all, cords do have weight. Randy was funny and knowledgeable, but maybe a tiny bit condescending just because I 'm not tech savvy.

Randy was selected based on the excellent review by others. He is well deserving of the 5 star ratings others have given him. I will definitely use Randy for these type projects in the future.

Recently moved house and wished to have state of the art audio visual system... some of infrastructure was in place in this newer house but I did not know what we really wanted or needed. Randy, recommended by a friend arrived with his team, and in conjunction with Charter had us up and running on the day we moved in! Incredible service! I followed up via phone with Randy on a couple of issues relating to operating the system and he promptly answered my questions. Just got off the phone with him, and he is coming to install additional surround sound system in our bonus room. I cannot speak highly enough of Randy's knowledge and responsiveness! I had them come out and hang three tv's and hook up all my audio and video equipment. I use Episode speakers and Randy was very knowledgeable with this equipment. He discussed with me that they had new speakers available since my equipment was over 5 years old. His crew was on time and most of all they were all friendly. Good guys that knew what the were doing. They are a small company, but I would recommend giving these guys a shot at your business, I think you'll be satisfied.
