Eating Crow....I left an earlier review stating that Phil the antenna installer tore the downspout off our house. I subsequently found out from my husband that my husband may have bumped it with the lawnmower and broke the metal cleat off the strap that secures it. I could not reach Phil by phone. I sent him a text of apology after he sent me a text that he wanted to make things right with me. I revised my rating to 4.0 and hope he will come out and finish the job after we recover from hurricane Helene's wrath.

We bought a Clearstream antenna an a Juice preamp. Phil was willing to install it for $199. We provided the J-mount and requested it installed on or facia. He was not able to install the preamp. We were okay with that. Phil put up the antenna on our one story home. He left the coaxial cable dangeling from the facial and laying on the ground. He tore the new downspout off the house and damaged the drainline. So he caused damage to our house, did not finish the job, we have to hire someone to finish it. We found him on Angis List which we will no longer trust. Silly me for trusting HD entertainment and Phil their antenna installer. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

I didn't have remotes for two of my TVs but the tech did whatever necessary to ensure the services purchased were better than expected.

Phil did a great job! It took some time to get the correct coax cables identified since the cable company made a mess of both my attic and basement. Now I have a perfect picture, actually better than the cable feed. I highly recommend this company.
