"AC stopped working on a hot summer evening. Called Ted after hours and he actually answered my call personally. I explained the problem and Ted said he would come the next day. "Robert and Paul took the time to look at my AC unit and test the system when I was having issues. Robert explained in detail and showed me what he was doing along the way. They gave me an honest opinion about my AC unit after testing and troubleshooting the issues.
