After our central AC unit stopped working abruptly this past weekend, I immediately searched online for a company to come troubleshoot the problem. Based on the many great reviews, I choose First Class and they certainly did not disappoint! Within 2 hrs of my online inquiry, I received a call back and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Within 30 mins of arriving, the technician diagnosed the problem to be a loose wire on my AC unit. The technician, Jonathan Pepper, was very knowledgeable and a true professional throughout the entire visit. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a truly great experience!!

I would highly recommend First Class for your heating and air needs. My AC went out and they were able to come the same day and fix the problem. Shelby who coordinates scheduling went above and beyond to schedule me that day. She was friendly, courteous and professional. Jonathan Pepper was the tech who came out and repaired my unit. He was knowledgeable, professional and had the best attitude. I could not have asked for better service.

I spoke to 4 contractors and 2 online vendors. Finally found First Class Home Services. Tommy Goldberg sent me his technician Cameron Soper. Cameron is not a salesman. He knew I was having financial problems and did his very best to help. They got me a better unit than I had hoped for, a better price, and arranged financing that I could afford. Also, they don't have a surcharge on their financing like I found with some contractors. It was a one-day installation and Mr. Goldberg was available by phone and e-mail to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process (day, night and weekend). Truly amazing service! J.
