"The father and son team, Sergi and Vadim, came out soon after a small grass fire had melted some siding on the house. Very polite and attentive, they did great work and even improved some former installed Screen porch edging, that had been affected/bent by the fire and they hid the tv cable under the rain gutter downspout (originally installed by tv company fully visible along the bottom of siding). The replaced siding looks like it came with the builder2022-2023 original installation. Excellent job!"

The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."

"The contract session was with Stephan Boyer. He was very through and informative. We knew exactly what we were getting and what to expect. Chris Renda and his crew showed up as promised. They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !

"I woke up Saturday morning to the sound of the wind ripping the siding off one side of my house. I started looking online for siding repair but the companies who said they did repair actually only would completely redo the siding for the entire house. I got a call from Rave Renovation around 11:30 AM. Brian came out a little later to look at the damage and said it could be repaired without taking down all the siding on the side of the house.
