We were given an estimated date to start work and they met that date within a week and a half, only missing the target date due to rain. The work crew worked fast and efficiently. - Home WrappersMy sun-room has had a long history of leak problems. It has a flat metal low-slope roof with several seams. Originally, it had 2 skylights. One of the skylights continued leaking in spite of repeated efforts to fix it. I had that skylight removed and covered over a couple of years ago when I was getting the main roof replaced. This year, the other skylight started leaking again, and I had resigned myself to getting it removed as well. I emailed HomeWrappers to get a quote. There was also a small leak in another location which I hoped they could find the source of and fix. David replied to my email the next evening, and indicated that he could come by to check it out the next week. He came by on the appointed day, went up on the roof, and checked things out. He suggested that rather than removing the skylight, he could put down an elastomeric coating called Hydrostop around it to prevent the leaks. It would include several layers, including cloth. He would have to come by on 2 days, to put down the various layers and let them dry. He found some loose shingles which might have been causing the other leak, and said that he could seal them. I agreed with this approach. He said that he would check if he had enough of the materials on hand, and if so, that he'd only charge me a service call for $125. He was already booked with work the next week, and said he'd get in touch with me. During the next week, he contacted me and set up dates for doing the work. Each day, he was punctual. He sealed the skylight. He also sealed the bottom of the covering over where the other skylight used to be, as that side hadn't been sealed. He put extra sealant on all the exposed fasteners, and also around the roof vents. I was quite pleased with the work. Since then, there have been a couple days of heavy rain, and there have been no further leaks

Didn't offer to apply my $89 to that replacement, which I thought was part of the deal. Didn't seem too interested in discussing our options. Checked another large skylight for leaking and said was good. It has been leaking since. Don't feel like it was money well spent

He charged his standard service fee and performed the work on the spot since it wasn't complicated and didn't require additional supplies that he didn't have in his truck.
