"While it may have only took 33 Minutes to do the repair according to this Customer he fails to understand you have about a 2 hour drive time to and from and then the multiple Suppliers we had to visit in person to find the right vent to replace it. We ended up having to special order the vent as no suppliers carried it. So What he thinks took 30 min probably has 8 hours in it not including the cost of the lead and the time we spent doing the inspection. As far as the vent being installed incorrectly isn't true. It did need to be adjusted to make it more straight in which we properly Did. We gave him a price upfront and he agreed to it. He also tried to Blackmail me to get his money back with the treat of leaving a bad review after the hurricane which I told him I won't do. Then we have the hurricane come and he expects me to fix his roof that the hurricane damaged which is just insane. He has left this review almost 3 months later all because I wouldn't let him blackmail me. At the end of the day we did what we agreed to. His roof was poorly installed in the first place which is why he replaced his roof that was 7 years old to start with. I think in reasonable person will be able to understand that if a storm comes and blows your shingles off the roof that its caused by storm not our workmanship."

"The Reason you were charged more is because you requested after the contract was signed that you wanted all the decking on your back porch roof replaced as we were putting on the roof. You signed an agreement saying that any Decking would be an additional cost. Also, your insurance company didn't pay for your skylights to be replaced you were given the option to leave the old ones in place or put new ones in. We gave you a price to replace the skylights and you agreed. We did everything we said we were going to do and everything we did is in your contract. You agreed to pay an upgrade charge for the shingles which is in the contract. It is not as if anyone made you ad these extra items. No one pushed these things on you. And we totally agree that everything should be in writing which it was."

"Customer is upset because we have filed a lien on their home because they owe us over 2800.00. We sent the insurance a supplement for missing items on their estimate. Their insurance company approved those supplements and sent the home owner the additional funds for work we did. Jamie told the adjuster not to share this info with us, trying to keep the additional money. Our guys did a great job! Not once did they ever say there was any issues with the work or that our guys left any trash from the work they performed. We have gave them plenty of time to pay there debit that was paid for by the insurance company and was given the money. There is no excuse not to have paid us."
