Went well. I did have some issues with the door so I figured a service might help. Overall it didn't he did re-adjust the door. Had some issues with the belt. I was told need a replacement unit as it will keep on skipping and would have to re-adjust the door. When he was done, garage had a little gap at the bottom. I re-adjusted the door and it still was not the way it was before. I adjusted tension again on the belt and after that its the way it was

"Great. Gary returned our call on a Saturday. The issue was not an emergency and by Monday we had an appointment for that day. Technician called first, came on time, repaired the problem and did extra: tightening bolts on the door, and lubricating hinges and the large spring. A different company showed up, said it was a busted motor and would cost about $500. They never even took the time to consider other options. Our door is functioning normally again. We will definitely hire again.

"<p>I backed up into my garage door earlier in the week and gave it a pretty good bump. A few days later, it came off the tracks and I was unable to get it working again after several hours of working on it. I finally gave up and called Bilt Rite first thing on Friday morning. They said they would have someone call me back to schedule an appointment and told me that it would probably be Monday before they could get to it. After lunch no one had called, so I called back and spoke directly with the scheduler, who had not gotten the message. However, she was still able to work me in to the schedule for Monday, from 3-5pm. She said it could possibly even be after 5 as it would be the last call of the day. However, she called back about 2 hours later and told me that she had managed to move the call between 2-4pm, which was good. I asked if the repairman could call me about 30 minutes in advance so I could make it home from work to meet him and she said that he would.</p>
<p>At 2pm Monday I got a call from the repairman. He told me he was on the way and would be arriving at 2:30. At 2:30 sharp he was at my front door. He surveyed the damage, told me that the problem was one of the cables was off track and that the charge would be $80 including the $35 service call fee, and he could do the work right away. I told him I had a coupon for a free service call, so the total charge was $45. He was done in about 20 minutes. He even lubricated all the springs and rollers, and now my garage door is working better (and quieter) than ever.</p>
<p>I'm very impressed by Bilt Rite and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone who needs garage door repairs!</p>
