Rennison Roofing is a GAF Master Elite Roofing contractor. We have been family owned and operated in the Columbia, SC area for 17 years. We are fully licensed and insured (GL and WC). We specialize in Residential and Commercial Roofing and James Hardie Siding. We stand behind any subs we may hire, all of whom we have used for many years and who are licensed, insured and very experienced. We offer free estimates to homeowners, and would be happy to provide free design and planning consultations as well.

My husband and I were exceptionally pleased with not only the end product but also the work ethic shown by all who represented Rennison Roofing and Exteriors. Choosing the shingles was easier than I had expected. A Rennison employee took time out of her busy day to send me two pictures of shingles I was considering. She enlarged them and sent them to me via her cell phone. She certainly did not have to take the time to do such a thing. Because of this I was able to pick the perfect shingle for our house. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof in the future.

Amazing. I have done a lot of renovation on my 50s ranch home, and this was the absolute easiest process I have gone thru fixing this place up. Fair price. Above board product and amazingly fast install. I was kept informed at every step of the process and luckily I was able to work from home to see the quality workmanship that was put into everything they did. They worked fast and clean up was done ASAP so it was hard to even know work was going on.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. In mid-July I called re: roof repair & they immediately called back to let me know they were only doing full roof replacements, not repairs at that time due to too many job requests. After not being satisfied with quotes received thus far from other companies, I called them a few weeks later & made appointment to come out for full roof replacement quote. A few days later, received the quote for full roof replacement, sent back a few questions, they responded immediately. They called me to go over things and then followed up in writing. They let me know a tentative timeline and followed up once 100% locked in. The job started on a Tuesday, finished a few days later. The workers were at the house getting started at a little after 7am each day and worked until dark. They didn't try to rush the job in one day like other roofers have done in the past - they made sure they did the job correctly the first time. Polite, friendly, clear communication the entire time and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Would definitely call them again.

The quality of the work was great! The new roof was admired by neighbors. Office manager kept us informed of what was happening. The roofing crew cleaned up the yard nicely after the job was done? The quality of the work was great! I highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof repaired or replaced.

David did an excellent job. My roof was apparently damaged during a wind storm. David worked diligently to repair the damage and informed me as to what he was doing and why it was necessary to be done for the repair. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend his company.

My experience with Rennison was stress free, they were affordable, and their work is high quality. They answered all my questions throughout the process ( I had tons of them), explained everything they planned to do and product options extremely well. They worked very quickly and did a great job of cleaning up after. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgable. I will definitely use them when I redo my windows!

Rennison Roofing did an excellent job in all phases. The initial estimate visit was done professionally and all work and materials needed were fully explained prior to signing the contract. Of the three companies I considered, the project manager from Rennison was the only one who actually went up on my roof to look around to estimate the job. The office staff was professional and accommodating and allowed me to take home samples to choose a color Additional questions were handled in a timely manner. On the day work was scheduled, the crew arrived promptly and the project manager was onsite. The project manager noticed that the color of one of the standard flashing strips was not going to match the color of my house and rather than just installing it without discussion or not at all, he asked for my opinion. Since the color situation was unusual and the product simply did not come in the same color, I told him to skip using it. He was not comfortable with this, as the work would not be up to the high standard they strive for. Instead, he went back to the shop, created a custom matching piece and returned with a solution the same morning. It was truly beyond great customer service. I would, and have, recommended Rennison Roofing to friends. We are very pleased with the work and customer service we received from them.

Dave's company has been my go to company since I moved to Columbia in 2011. Two weeks after I moved in, I had an issue and he was at my home immediately. I have used him multiple times since for different projects and his team is dependable, on time, clean up after themselves, the price is quoted at the beginning and there is no change to it. Dave shows up to inspect, answer questions, and to check on the worksite. Kindness, quality, and dependability are not easy to find but all are the hallmarks of Dave's company. I will use him again and again should the need arise!

I apologize for taking so long to write review.. from the office on out, the service and professionalism was outstanding.. Taylor in the office was energetic, and gave us much info. Lloyd is a" SUPERSTAR" to say the least. He was pointman, and I would go on patrol with him anyday. Always answered the phone when I called with any question..very informative..and the roof crew worked hard ALL day in the heat..very polite, and helpful in any situation..even put our yard lites back better than before.. clean-up was very thorough.. and last but not least, the roof is a beautiful hickory, that we have gotten compliments on already..thanks guys..great job!! keith and Julia billups

This was a very large install, transom window was approx 110x 4 ft with triple door. 6 guys were needed for the actual removal and install!! Just as contract stated plus more. They all were very prompt and professional. Job stated for 2 days and that was exactly how long they were here. Clean up was very satisfactory. I will definitely use them again whenever their services are needed at my home. Thank you, Dave and your excellent staff, it was a pleasure doing business with Rennison Roofing.

The job went great. I was apprehensive about the roofing job until Rennison Roofing LLC., showed up. Their Project Manager went up on the roof and assessed the roof condition. He then took time explaining issues present with the roof (last shingled 25/30 years earlier). He walked me through the entire process Rennison Roofing LLC., used and materials to be used in the project. The estimate was more than reasonable and a very pleasant surprise. The work crew showed up early on site and worked non-stop throughout the day. Their work was organized and efficient. It was readily apparent to me the crew were experts in roofing. I was kept well informed throughout the job and very pleased with the final results. The attention to detail was amazing. I used to think a roof was just something that covered a house. I know better now. And the quality and care they use resulted in an eye popping vast improvement to the house. Curb appeal shot way up from the job. I would recommend Rennison Roofing LLC., without hesitation. I submit this review as a paying customer not receiving compensation in return for it. This company was prompt in appointments and presented a good detailed estimate of the work that was needed. It was understood there may be additional work if facia was rotted. They provided consistent feedback throughout. It was to be about a 1 week job as quoted. Upon removal of the door wrap, it was determined we had extensive rot around the doorjamb of our patio doors and in another location above our windows. Phil estimated this work, but we couldn't agree on how the doors would be repaired as we wanted to either preserve our wood doors or replace them with new wood doors. Phil was fairly insistent that the doors would need vinyl replacement doors which they could guarantee, and repair and painting of the interior walls would be an extra charge. Therefore, we contracted with a second company for that work, delaying the completion of our gutters. It took several weeks for the repair work, and when that was completed, this company promptly got us back on their schedule and had the gutters installed soon thereafter. I felt they were more than fair and very professional since we had used a second company for the extensive work. The gutter copany determined two of our downspouts could be reused, and therefore, the job cost less than originally stated. I would also like to compliment the office staff, including Tayla, who were always prompt and helpful from beginning to end. Very responsive and professional company. I would highly recommend them.

They were excellent. I got them off Angie's List and they were dynamite. They repaired part of the roof and soon after they left it started raining. I called them and told them there was water on the floor. They said that's not good and they came back and fixed it the next day.

The owner came to the house, reviewed all options from catalogs and on line, then took measurements for the door we wanted. Rennison scheduled a full day for installation; from 9:30AM to 5:00PM. It did take the entire time, because the workers were very careful and meticulous during all parts of the removal and installation. The ProVia door fit like a glove, and looks great. We are very pleased with the help in selecting the door, and the care taken during installation. Very good company. They work with you.
