"Choice Home Builders LLC (Mack Brazell and associates) was the general contractor for a repair job at our mother’s home in Northeast Columbia. If you want an honest, reliable and reasonable contractor – call Mack Brazell. The scope of the project was to repair a roof/siding leak; and install new wall/ceiling sheetrock and flooring where leak damage had occurred. After contacting several others, Mack is the only one who told us he COULD do it and WOULD do it! 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was superior. Throughout the project, we were impressed with Mack’s commitment to generating a top-quality product. He really cared about doing the job right! He identified the problem and worked quickly to stop a long-term roof leak right before Hurricane Florence hit SC. Repairs to the roof, ceilings and walls was perfect. Mack and associates were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of our mother’s home and her availability. 2. Integrity and professionalism. Kept his word, kept us informed, was trustworthy and dependable. These attributes were greatly appreciated – especially in today’s world of shoddy repairmen.
