They got on the work immediately and finished as planned. They cleared out all areas of personal items, had insulation removed and replaced, sealed all cracks and spaces, cleared the mold, treated the wood, and dried everything. We also had the encapsulate the crawl space and coordinate replacement of HVAC ductwork. They provided a full warranty with the work. I have since referred them to several friends and neighbors

I purchased the $250 mold inspection offer through Angie's List. Biotek was responsive and able to schedule the test right away. After the inspection and tests, they determined there was no major danger. The small amounts of mold they found were not black mold. They recommended having all drywall and insulation that had become wet to be removed, which was done by the seller's contractor. I was pleased with the experience and would use them again

- Meetze Plumbing Co IncJan 7, 2014 my home was one of thousands of Columbia area homes that suffered damaged from the record low temperatures. Thankfully I was home that afternoon and heard a running water sound and immediately started checking. In the master bath water was flowing from under the cabinet covering vinyl flooring and entering bedroom with carpeted flooring. Immediately I rushed outside and turned off the water, picked up shop vac on the way back in and start vacuuming water. It was late in the day and my regular plumber who worked full time with a state agency said he could not take on a job of that.magnitude at this time. The next morning I signed up for Angie's List and chose Irmo Plumbing based on his prior recommendations. Mr. Meetze said he could be at my home later that day. He arrived as promised and I was very pleased with his pleasant professional manner. I was interested in seeing what he had to do to reach pipe and also how my house was put together under the siding, and he did not mind me sitting several feet away watching and asking questions. As I said above, I was very pleased with his work and will call him again when needed, hopefully not for frozen pipes

"We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did.
