Stan gave great info on the window products and patio door when he came out for our appointment. The guy who came to double check measurements was very professional as well. The installers were great. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to remove the old windows and replace them with the new. They also repaired rot and capped trim around windows. They cleaned up and hauled away the old windows when job was completed. I had cut back our shrubs from the windows so that helped them do the job quicker as well and they did make a point of letting me know they appreciated it. They started the job at 7:30 a.m. and told me they'd be done by 3 p.m. but they were actually done by 1! They were very accommodating about the fact that we had three indoor cats who had to be moved from the last room to be installed. We love the windows. We have a Cape Cod house and went with the grids on the front windows, but no grids on the side and backyard windows or the patio door. We have already noticed that the house is cooler inside from the Summer heat due to the windows. We had a great experience with purchase and installation with Champion Windows read less

The project was done in the time promised. It ended up a bit more money than originally estimated due to changes made during the project. There were no cost surprises, always up front with the price. Professional and friendly service.

Without doubt, Tony is the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. He is a high energy guy who pays attention to detail and does outstanding work for a reasonable price. I couldn’t be more pleased with the job he did for us. Standridge Masonry & Repair has my highest recommendation.

Mr. Stokes and associate arrived as agreed Thursday, 12/10/20 and worked professionally to dig out the expansion area. An unexpected section of sidewalk was discovered along the way, under the dirt, and they cut it out with no haggling about extra money. They disposed of the project dirt by wheelbarrowing it to my back yard to fill a hole I wanted gone as well, again no fee haggling. They arrived 12/11 to fine tune the area and await the concrete delivery as promised. It was amazing to observe the skill they had with smoothing and covering the selected area and obtaining the promised results. We are awaiting the "cure" process to complete in 7 days to try it out. They worked for several hours adding little extra touches to pretty up the project. It is an asset to our house that will improve the functionality of our parking area and we are well pleased with their work. We will definitely use this professional vendor again read less

Fredrick was very professional from coming out for the estimate, scheduling the work, and coming back and doing some extra work I added to the job. I would definitely hire him again and I have recommended him to several of my neighbors who are wanting work done.

Tony Standridge and his crew did an outstanding job to transform our back yard into a beautiful oasis. He was very professional, conscientious, punctual and reasonably priced and far exceed all my expectations. Tony's crew built a stacked stone wood burning outdoor fireplace, retainer wall and stone paver patio that sits under an Arbor swing. They also resurfaced our stamped concrete patio. This was no easy task because the only way to get to this area of the backyard was to carry all the material from the front yard to the back and down a set of steps. They ended up removing a railing and built a scaffold to get the material from the upper level of the yard to the lower level. Tony made sure his crew had all the material they needed to get the job done and he was constantly there to oversee the job and made sure everything was done top notch. And it was. Of all the renovations we have done to our house over the years, this one has been the most rewarding and the one I will enjoy the most read less

I was very disappointed with the Sales Representatives and the Installers at Champion. For the amount of money I paid, I was not impressed. The sales representatives act like they are giving you a great deal on their products, that are so overly priced. I did purchase an Entry and Sliding door from Champion. After the installation of the Entry door, I noticed that they installed the wrong door knobs. Also the door will not lock, unless you put a lot of pressure on the door to lock it from either side of the Entry door (very frustrating). The Sliding door is very hard to lock too. After the installers left, they left my gate wide open in my backyard, I went outside to close the gate through the Sliding door. I came back in to lock the Sliding door which was hard to lock; then my hand slipped and got sealant all over my hand and fingers. Also, put a dent/hole into the sealant of the glass frame and messed up the Sliding door, leaving it aesthetically unpleasant. I also realized that the Sliding door frame had a lot of little holes in the wood and black scuff marks too. I immediately called the installers and the sales representative and left texts and pictures about these issues. The customer service I received was very unprofessional and is still unresolved. Buyers beware, please do your work on this company, Champion. They are over charging you and their customer service needs a lot of improvement. I will not be using this Window company, Champion for anymore of my home remodeling needs read less

Hired this company to put down deck and retaining wall around our pool. The pour went not well. Many issues. Have been trying to get them to fix their work. Especially a crack in the wall that they patched and now the patch no longer holds. Multiple attempts where they say they are coming out to do the repair multiple times they have not shown up read less
