"I never write reviews because most people just give average service and I see no point in writing a review just to describe an average experience. These guys went above and beyond and did not ask me to write this, I'm writing this only because the great work they did made me happy. They removed 2 large trees and some small bushes. I had 4 companies give estimates for the job. Stump Stompers sent a professional estimator out the day after I called them. The other three services took a week to even give an estimate, if they even bothered. I called them several times before I finally agreed to the contract. Every time I either reached somebody or they called me back promptly, even if I didn't leave a message. Most contractors around here you have to call repeatedly and leave multiple messages. When I signed the contract, they told me 2 weeks and they were out here in two weeks. The other contractors were booking 6 weeks out and who knows when they will show up. And the cherry on top was they were the lowest bid. When they came out to do the work, I asked them to remove 3 large bushes that I hadn't included in the original contract. The owner, who actually does tree work himself along with his crew, gave me a great price for the additional work. I asked them to chop up some of the wood into firewood sized logs and they did it for free. They probably spent an hour cleaning up after the job and my driveway is cleaner then before they came. Do not hesitate to hire these guys!"

"Wish I could give more than 5 stars. The men showed up on time and for 2 days worked so hard removing trees trimming some trees getting rid of stumps and roots and when they left I have a beautiful yard. I highly recommend Mike's tree service."

"Exceptional professionalism and customer service. Hunter is the most caring landscaper I have ever had privilege to work with. He performed all work discussed and ensured we were happy. He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customer. Have hired him as our weekly landscaping crew."

"Excellent job, removed 2 tree stumps while I was out of town. When I returned I found the job was done & sites were clean , very professional."

"Excellent work. Very punctual. Very courteous. Would definitely call him again, and would recommend him highly. Very good pricing."

"It went perfectly. Two of the trees were very large and I couldn't imagine how they could be taken down safely; however, the team got right to work and before long, both were down. The crew protected the lawn and work area from damage from their equipment. They cleaned up carefully after the work was complete. The crew also did an extra little trim on one tree and cut a few round pieces of the larger tree as I wanted them for stepping "stones" I highly recommend Complete Tree Service."

"They did an excellent job. Incredibly impressed with their customer service and communication. They were able to get the job down quick and for a great price. We may have more to trees to drop in the future and will definitely call them again."

"Their foreman Steven showed up on time and gave me a very decent quote for what I needed (tree trimming, fallen limb removal, and dead tree removal). I went ahead and hired them. Steven and his team showed up on time for the service date, but a storm rolled in while they were working. They left due to lightning, but the front desk , Ellen, called me to let me know they would return to finish later that week. They returned on time too, and finished the job. They even left me 2 bags of potting soil to cover tracks in the shared yard I have with my neighbor after my neighbor requested it. Steven and Ellen were always very professional and courteous, and Ellen was prompt with communication. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"What a wonderful company. the owner, Roxanne kept us informed every step of the way. a crane was needed and she worked hard to get us the best price. Crew was very professional and friendly. Did a great job cleaning up after tree was down. Even helped rescue newborn baby racoons that were in a hollow of the tree. Momma raccoon was happy to get her babies back. Anthony is a very knowledgeable arborist and we were amazed at his climbing abilities and he knew exactly what limbs to cut. We were concerned since it was a large tree over our house. We worried that a limb would fall and severely damage roof. Anthony's skill ensured not one branch or limb, even a dead one didnt fall on roof. We are very pleased we chose Carolina Tree Service and will highly recommend."
