They fixed all of the problems that the builder left on the drywall and continued to fix areas that they noticed as they were working (things we didn't even have to point out to them). They are very proactive and do the job right without any supervision. They even fixed the horrible trim that the builders left in horrible condition (the builder did a sloppy installation) and didn't even charge us any extra for that. This is the team that has it all. They won't just come in and paint over bad drywall and patch jobs. They fix and then paint. They are just wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were punctual, courteous, informative, and did the job right from start to finish. They were also very good about keeping us informed and up-to-date on the status of the job."

It was an obvious problem with a simple solution. I explained to Marc what the situation was and he quoted an approximate cost.  When the tech came, he came up with a slightly higher number, but not enough to be concerned about.  He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat about enlarging the hole that I started in my wall and did not leave a mess on my garage floor.  The tech also gave me a rough estimate for some more work I want to do in the future.  Due diligence will be done, but all things being equal or close enough, I will hire MI Electric in the future. 

I gave a B grade for responsiveness because I had to follow up with Marc after not hearing from him when we agreed would be a good time.  Marc answered my call and got a tech to me in less than an hour and the job was completed approx. 24 hrs. after our first contact.  Great recovery!
